Consumer dispute resolution

We are not obliged, and not willing, to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) within the meaning of § 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).

The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued in 2025 and is no longer available.
